The barges on the water, the ramp for the rock is being built. The guy that I talked to from the city of Carbondale said it was going to be at least a 2 year process. He also said that the parking lot is going to have limited parking, with the north and east parts of the parking lot blocked off. Also he did say that with some stimulus money they will be putting some fish attractors in the lake.
